Used for
Washing micro-plates and strips between the incubation steps of an ELISA run, which is where residual liquid decides how clean the final absorbance reading is. That is why the crosswise and double aspiration of flat bottom plates matters, and why the 150 to 1000 ul per well per second flow range is specified for cellular assays. Plates are read afterwards on the ELISA Reader, 8 channel; samples reach the bench in a Blood Collection Vacuum Tube or Vacuum Tube Serum Gel and are separated on a Centrifuge before the assay is set up.
Packing and documentation
Supplied in institutional quantities against a purchase order. School Instrument India states on its ordering pages that consignments carry a tracking ID and courier details until delivery, and that installation assistance, training manuals and technical support are provided with medical devices supplied to institutions. Mixed laboratory lots are quoted through the Tenders page.

Questions buyers ask
How many channels does this ELISA washer have?
Eight, on a strip manifold, so it washes a strip or a full micro-plate in passes of eight wells.
What dispensing volume range does it cover?
25 to 3000 ul, at a flow rate of 150 to 1000 ul per well per second.
How many protocols can be stored?
75 user-definable protocols, each holding a 16-character assay name, cycle count, wash volume, flow rate and variable soak time.
Which plate bottoms does it accept?
Flat, round, U and V-shaped bottom plates. Flat bottom micro-plates can be aspirated crosswise or twice over to cut residual liquid.
What are the power and environmental requirements?
220 V at 50 Hz with voltage surge protection, 15 C to 40 C, and humidity up to 70 per cent.
Can the washer and reader be ordered together?
Yes. Send the washer and the ELISA reader as one requirement through the contact page and both are quoted against that specification.
