The Water Tank Collapsible holds 10 CBM, or 10,000 litres, in a PVC-coated polyester tank rated for chlorinated drinking water storage, UV proof and thermally stable from -30 C to +70 C. It is listed in the Water and Sanitation range as the static storage option, where the Water Tank (bladder) is the version built for transport on trucks.

Used for
Static bulk storage at a distribution point, a camp or an institution, where 10,000 litres has to be held on site and the tank is filled and drawn down in place rather than moved. The two chlorine figures are the ones that matter in service: the inner coating holds 0.5 mg/litre continuously at 35 C without altering the stored water, and tolerates a 5 mg/litre peak while the tank is being cleaned, so routine shock-dosing does not degrade the liner. Water is drawn in by an Electrical Submersible Pump or an Open Top Hand Pump, metered through a Multi or Single Jet Water Meter, and distributed into a Collapsible Water Container. Residual chlorine is checked with the Emergency Water Testing Kit.
Packing and documentation
