Coplin Staining Jar, PP, Domed Cap Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : SCL-LE-11149
The Polypropylene (PP)
Coplin Staining Jar is a ruggedized laboratory vessel engineered for the
vertical staining of standard 3" *1" (75mm
x 25mm) microscopy slides. Optimized for Secondary, Vocational (TVET), and
Clinical laboratory environments, the unit is fully autoclavable and resistant
to common histological reagents. It facilitates high-throughput staining
sequences for up to 10 slides in a back-to-back configuration.

Key Pedagogical
Outcomes
· Precision-Grooved Interior: Allows students to "Apply"
standardized staining protocols by ensuring uniform reagent exposure to the
entire specimen surface.
· High-Density Polypropylene Construction: Facilitates the "Analysis" of
chemical reactions and thermal sterilization cycles, as the jar withstands
repeated autoclaving without structural deformation.
· Shallow-Thread Domed Screw Cap: Enables learners to "Create"
controlled environments for volatile reagents, preventing evaporation and
maintaining reagent concentration during staining.
· 10-Slide Back-to-Back Capacity: Supports the "Organization" of
high-volume datasets, allowing for the simultaneous processing of multiple
histological variables within a single lab rotation.
International
Logistics & Compliance
To ensure adherence to
international procurement standards, these jars are packaged in export-grade
seaworthy crating (ISPM-15 compliant). Standard documentation provided with all
shipments includes the Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF), IQ/OQ/PQ
Certification, and technical manuals in English. The polypropylene substrate
features a tropicalized design, validated for structural and chemical stability
in operational environments reaching 45°C and 90% humidity. The screw-cap seal
is engineered to prevent leakage during multi-modal transport and extreme
atmospheric pressure shifts.
