For demonstrating the dependence of force experienced by a current carrying conductor, when placed in magnetic field, on magnetic field strength and magnitude of current flowing through the conductor. 
One arm has a rider sliding along a scale graduated 0 to 75 x 1 mm for adjusting equilibrium with the current flowing. 
Comprises a metal wire arms formed into rectangular L-loop with its both ends supported in an insulated balance beam.
The beam in turn is supported on top of a pair of metal pillars through conical bearings functioning as fulcrum. 
Balance beam has two screwed masses - one horizontal for adjusting equilibrium position of suspension arms, other vertical for adjusting sensitivity. 
The L-shaped bend at the end of arms oscillates vertically in magnetic field provided by permanent magnets that can slide to adjust the length of arm in magnetic field. 
Each pillar provided with a hole for accommodating 4mm plugs for electrical connections.
